Photography for me is a way of connecting deeply with a person, a place, or a moment, and telling its story in the most honest way possible.
My mentor, Jim Veneman, often says the camera is the greatest vehicle there is. It can take you around the world, into the lives of others, and (when used carefully) transport those who view the images as well.
Since a camera is the greatest vehicle there is, you might as well take the ride with some friends.
